30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs when possible so we can evaluate the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by applicable law. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, after the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have a 14-day right to cancel or return an order under applicable law. Patchro currently ships only within the United States, so this section applies only if international shipping is later made available.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact donghukstock@gmail.com.
